Clarification of vinegar

>Vinegar is a traditional ingredient in China's major cuisines. Before clarification, vinegar is often cloudy or hazy on standing. The clouding or turbidity is more generally ascribed to the systems involving the proteins, pectins and gums, tannins and heavy metals present.

>Ceramic NF technology has the characteristics of high separation precision, excellent product flavour and high level of automation. It can retain the scent of vinegar while reducing turbidity and removing impurities.
